Phil Foster Park Boat Ramps, located on the eastern side of the "Blue Heron Bridge" in Rivieira Beach, these ramps are operated by the county and you must have a decal for your trailer. Decals can be purchase online or onsite via the kiosk. These ramps are the easiest to launch your boats from due to the design of the launch site. 2. Jim Barry Park, located on the eastern side of US1/Broadway in Riviera Beach, these ramps are also operated by the county and you must have a decal for your trailer. While you can bring plenty of water and snacks, remember that alcohol is prohibited on the island but on the Northern Sand Bar it's okay, just don't captain a vessel or illustrate "Drunk & Disorderly Conduct".
